BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS :


AGE CONSENT:

By law, if you are under 18 years old, we may need written parental consent to carry out your chosen service. This includes, but not limited to hair colour and the majority of the beauty treatments. Failure to provide parental consent in time for the appointment will result in your appointment being rearranged with standard cancellation charges being applicable. Please contact us to confirm if your chosen service is included.


PATCH TESTS: 

All hair colour, lash extensions, lash and brow tinting appointments require a patch test to be carried out no less than 48 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your patch test is carried out in time. If not completed your appointment will be automatically cancelled with the standard cancellation charge being applied & charged.


MOVE YOUR BOOKING / CANCELLING / NO SHOWS:


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. 


For this reason, we do offer FREE cancellation up to 7 days before your appointment. 


If you wish to move your booking between 7 and 2 days before your appointment, this will be classed as a cancellation and our standard 50% cancellation charge will apply unless there are exceptional circumstances. 


If you wish to cancel or move your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment, this will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of your appointment. 


If you don’t turn up to your appointment or you are 20 minutes or more late and we are unable to deliver your service in the remaining time, you will also be charged  100% 


Therefore, if you think you might have a problem in attending, please do let us know sooner rather than later to avoid these cancellation charges. 


COMPLAINTS:

If you are at all unhappy with your service we would request you make us aware before you leave or within 48 hours. We will endeavour to rectify any issues raised to your satisfaction where the agreed service hasn't been delivered correctly, free of charge.
